Masterclass _{Group lessons}

A specialised, intensive, and personalised coaching program in English to enable you to take your skiing to new heights. Our aim is for you to get as much enjoyment, performance, and satisfaction from your skiing as possible, in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
The program is suitable for keen adult skiers from intermediates upwards – you do not have to be an expert.

Hosted by a small team of top ESF coaches, the Masterclasses will be in English with a maximum of 6 per group and will provide skiers with the full array of drills, techniques and tips including fundamental technical exercises, biomechanics, video analysis and slalom. Higher classes will have advanced carving techniques, balance and angulation drills, racing techniques, mogul skiing and off-piste. There will be an introduction to CARV – the intelligent insoles.

Physical considerations, including injuries or other limitations will be covered as well as equipment and approaches to warmups and fitness. The focus will be on empowering skiers to achieve their personal goals and enjoy their skiing in an exciting atmosphere, taking full advantage of the paradise which is the 3 Valleys.

 We will celebrate our achievements with drinks on Friday evening. During the week we will advise on lunch spots and will stop for refreshments as makes sense. We will stop for lunch on Thursday and Friday.
