The day before
- Contact your instructor to introduce yourselves and prepare for the outing together.

Morning
- Meet at 9.15 am at the agreed location
- As safety is our top priority, we’ll have a quick briefing before we set off to go over your route: snow conditions, weather, etc.
- Your safety equipment will be handed out by your instructor
- Set off on the hike
- Ascent using climbing skins
- For the descent, there are several options depending on your ability and fitness level:
- towards the Col de la Fenêtre
- towards the Combe de l’Ours
- All these descents are suitable for skiers who are already confident on the slopes
- Return to the starting point

The itinerary is subject to weather and snow conditions. Should the route need to be adapted or the outing cancelled, you will be informed the day before.
