In Méribel, the esf takes care of your teenagers with three ski courses specially designed for young people aged 13 to 17. Whether your skier is passionate about sporting competitions, freestyle or simply wants to improve their skiing skills, you'll find that we have everything you need in three different formulas: Team Teens course, Base Camp course and Competition course.

It's up to you to find the one that best meets your child's expectations for the most enjoyable stay in the mountains.

Team Teens course: faster progress on the slopes

First of all, we'd like to introduce you to the Team Teens course: an esf must. Offered by the half-day, this learning programme is aimed at young people under 18 who have already achieved the Étoile d'Or level.

Over 5 or 6 mornings, experienced teenagers can boost their skills, thanks to the advice of their ski instructor.

In the mornings or afternoons, as they wish, teenagers learn new skiing techniques and perfect those they already know, while enjoying the friendly atmosphere of the group. It's the ideal way to make friends and progress at your own pace, without stress. Available throughout the season, the Team Teens course is waiting to be discovered!

Base Camp course: slaloms take centre stage at Méribel

During the school holidays (Christmas, February, etc.), teenagers can also choose to increase the fun aspect of their ski training by taking part in the esf Méribel Base Camp course.

Available over 5 or 6 full days, this week-long option is aimed at young sportsmen and women who are aiming for the Étoile d'Or, but also the Étoile d'Argent or Étoile de Bronze, as these courses are open from level 3ᵉ Star.

During this ski course, teenagers can try their hand at the snowpark and try out different modules, just like freestyle professionals do. Skiing on all types of snow, slalom trajectories... Several challenges are on the programme. At the end, there are tests to assess everyone's performance. So now's the time to take your skills to the next level, and have fun at the same time!

Competition courses: training the athletes of tomorrow

Does your teen have a competitive streak and want to become an expert on the slopes? Then these are the ski courses for them! Accessible from the age of 13, these other packages are dedicated to young athletes who want to measure themselves against the clock and take part in local and even national competitions, as 2 to 5 tests are included in each package.

There are actually three courses offered by esf Méribel: the Competition Camp, the Slalom course and the Elite course. All available over 5 or 6 days, it's important to know that these learning programmes are available according to each person's level: Étoile d'or, Flèche de Bronze, Flèche d'or.

To enrol your teenager in one of these competition courses, you first need to check that his or her most recent ski medal means he or she is eligible for one of these programmes. If so, all you have to do is book the course of your teenager's choice online.
