The day before
- Contact your instructor to introduce yourselves and prepare for the outing together.

In the morning
- Meet at 9.00 am at the esf chalet.
- As safety is our top priority, we’ll have a quick briefing before we set off to go over your route: snow conditions, weather, etc.
- Your safety equipment will be handed out by your instructor.
- Set off on the hike.
- Arrival at the Aiguille du Fruit.
- Off-piste ski descent.
- Return to the starting point.
