 Children's snowboard lessons

In a group of similar ability (from PiouPiou level to 2ème Etoile), your child will join a course with other children of the same age, allowing them to progress confidently at their own pace.
 Together, they'll learn how to become Riders, some discovering snowboarding for the first time, others refining their style and trying out their first Tricks.
SUPERVISED MEALS: Please note that the lunch location must be the same as the lesson location.

Please note that children from 8 years old can be in the same group as adults. Thank you for understanding.

Our answers to your questions

What's the minimum age for beginners?
8 years old for group lessons, 6 years old for private lessons.
Which lift pass is required for this course?
The Vallée de Méribel Lift pass for Discovery and Snowboard 1 levels.And the 3 Vallées Lift pass for Snowboard 2 and 3.
Which equipment is required for these lessons?
Please bring your own skiing equipment and check that it is adapted. Don't forget to bring warm clothing, sunglasses and a ski helmet (highly recommended).
Are protections required?
Wearing a ski helmet, wrist protection and padded shorts is highly recommended.
Is there a special insurance for this course?
Students are not insured by the esf. We highly recommend you take out Carré Neige Insurance.
How can I assess my child's level?
If you don't know your child's level, click on the "Assess your level" button higher on the page or click here. Later on, on the first day, our Instructors will assess your child's level on-site.
