From the age of 10, and with Étoile d'Or level, your child can discover freestyle and freeride skiing in a safe, fun and relaxed environment.

Jumps, rails, spins and aerial control are all part of the programme, led by our English-speaking esf freestyle instructors.

Two programmes are available, depending on ability:

  • Team Rider – for beginners
  • Freestyle Camp – for advanced skiers

This course is available during the French school holidays only.
Outside these periods, why not choose our Private Lessons or the Team Kids programme? Both are ideal for continuing to develop your skiing skills throughout the season.

Is insurance included in the course fee?
  • Participants are not insured by esf.
  • We recommend carré neige insurance.

Which ski pass does my child need for their ski lessons?
A 3 Vallées ski pass is required for the following courses:
  • Base Camp
  • Team Kids
  • Freestyle Motion
  • Competition Camp
  • esf Club
A Méribel Valley ski pass is required for:
  • Slalom Course
  • Elite Course

What equipment do I need for the Freestyle Motion course?
  • Please bring twin-tip freestyle skis, preferably with a relatively wide waist, suitable for freestyle skiing.
  • Wearing a helmet is compulsory, and we also strongly recommend wearing a back protector.
