At La Chaudanne, everything has been designed to welcome little ones from 18 months onwards in the very best conditions! A dedicated early years centre, this space allows them to discover the mountains gently, at their own pace, in a reassuring and perfectly suited environment.

A safe environment, a caring team, optional supervised meals and age-appropriate areas: everything is in place for a peaceful and enriching experience right in the heart of the resort!

Located in La Chaudanne, the Les Saturnins Childcare Centre welcomes little ones from 18 months in a warm, safe environment designed with their comfort and wellbeing in mind.

A dedicated nap room, age-appropriate play areas and an on-site restaurant provide everything your child needs for a happy day. Supervised by qualified staff, children enjoy a balanced programme of creative indoor activities and fun outdoor snow play, making every day a new adventure.

Supervised mealtimes are available as an optional extra.

The childcare centre is also open on Saturdays!

Compulsory health form: Please download and print the form before your stay, then hand it to the manager of the Les Saturnins Childcare Centre on arrival.

Please also provide your child's health record, showing that their vaccinations are up to date.

FAQ

Will my child have a nap at the childcare centre?
  • Yes. A dedicated nap room with child-sized beds is available, and rest time is built into the daily schedule, particularly from 1:00 pm.
  • Please note that children arriving for the afternoon session cannot join the scheduled nap time. Thank you for your understanding.
Can my child have lunch at the childcare centre?
Yes. Our supervised mealtimes service allows your child to stay with us over lunch, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, while being cared for by our team.

  • Please note that places are limited, so we recommend booking in advance. The supervised mealtimes option can be added when you book your lessons. If it isn't available, it means that all places have already been booked for your selected dates.
  • Please let us know in advance if your child has any allergies or food intolerances.
Who looks after the children?
Your children are cared for exclusively by qualified childcare professionals, including:
  • Paediatric nurses
  • Early years educators
  • Early Years Care and Education Certificate holders
  • Paediatric care assistants
  • Activity leaders holding the BAFA qualification
Why is the health information form compulsory?
  • The Health Information Form is available from all esf offices and can also be downloaded online.
  • To help reduce waiting times on your first day, please complete the form before your arrival and hand it to the Club Manager when you arrive.
  • This form is essential to ensure your child receives the best possible care. It provides our team with important information, including your contact details, your child's medical history and any specific needs or requirements.
