The Méribel ski area is packed with slopes and activities for all ages. As family-friendly as it is authentic, every year the resort welcomes many families, couples and young people in search of thrills and Savoyard comfort food.

Situated at an altitude of between 1,850 m and 2,952 m, Méribel is perfectly suited to the desires of teenagers, as it is dynamic and well-equipped for skiing, snowboarding and freestyle. So there's plenty to do in a breathtaking natural setting!

Méribel: a ski resort for everyone

To enable everyone to progress at their own pace and push their limits in complete safety, the ski area is equipped with 70 ski runs. These never offer the same experience, as the level of difficulty varies from one environment to the next.

From green runs to black runs, you can test yourself against other skiers throughout your stay. Beginners and experienced skiers alike can enjoy superb skiing sensations, while being immersed in unforgettable snowy panoramas.

The Team Ados course: progress while having fun!

If your children under the age of 18 want to consolidate their skills and improve their skiing techniques, the Team Ados course offered by esf Méribel is probably the programme best suited to their needs.

With siblings or friends, these tailor-made group ski lessons enable teenagers to progress more quickly in this sporting discipline, in the space of just 5 or 6 days.

The atmosphere of the course is also very much appreciated by the youngsters, as it allows them to improve their skills while having a great time with other skiers of the same age.

Esf ski course: our prerequisites and advice before booking

Team Ados, coached by esf Méribel instructors, is reserved for minors who have already achieved the Étoile d'or level. Slalom, steep slopes and freestyle are just some of the disciplines that children need to know in order to enrol on this ski course.

These half-day courses also require a 3 Vallées ski pass, suitable equipment and a good dose of curiosity. On site, the teenagers will be able to train with other youngsters of the same level and learn new tricks, in an atmosphere that's as friendly and exciting as ever!
