Nordic skiing is a
physical activity that can be practised at different levels and is good for the body. As well as
developing endurance, coordination and agility, it
tones the muscles of the arms, legs, back and buttocks. So it's an excellent way to stay in shape without damaging your joints.
Like all physical activities, Nordic skiing also releases
endorphins that will give you a feeling of well-being once your outing is over.
And then there's the exceptional setting, with its peace, tranquillity and vast snow-covered panoramas, giving you plenty of time to disconnect from your daily routine and recharge your batteries away from the crowds. It's a real morale booster!
