Starting at an altitude of 2,150 m, the Roc de Fer run runs for 2.5 km along a slope bearing the same name, with a total vertical drop of 690 metres and an average gradient of 32%.
The first sector of the course will delight speed enthusiasts, with 30 seconds of fast sliding until you reach the tunnel.
The second sector, meanwhile, will require more technique. While changes in sun exposure can complicate your visibility, you'll need to follow the ground movements created on the track for optimum thrills.
