For a weekend away or during the school holidays, the mountains are a great place to organise a break with your children. At the heart of the 3 Vallées, the largest ski area in the world, Méribel is a resort with typical Savoyard charm, perfectly suited to welcoming families.

Our ski school is staffed by state-qualified instructors who put their experience at the service of all the apprentice skiers who come to Méribel. Enrolling your child in a ski lesson gives them the chance to get to grips with the snow and the characteristics of the mountain environment, as well as building up their self-confidence as the sessions progress.

Thanks to Club Piou-Piou, your young rider will also get to know other children and develop his or her social skills. Learning a new activity as part of a group will allow them to discover skiing in a fun way, while progressing at their own pace.

Accessible from the age of 4, Club Piou-Piou is a space designed by the ESF to teach skiing to the very young. It is based on an educational concept developed around an imaginary world and key characters who lend their image to the medal that children receive at the end of their week of learning.

Depending on your child's pace, you can enrol them at Club Piou-Piou Méribel for lessons in the morning, afternoon or all day. In this case, there will be a rest period after lunch until lessons resume at 2pm. Your child will be able to get some sleep and recharge their batteries before hitting the slopes again. It's up to you to choose the option that suits your child's sleep cycle and personality!

Thanks to Club Piou-Piou, your budding skier can enjoy a safe and secure environment with a team who will ensure his or her well-being throughout the day. You can also take ski, snowboard or Nordic skiing lessons, or discover the splendour of the resort on snowshoes or cross-country skis.
