For a chance to discover freestyle and freeride techniques during their school holidays, teenagers can sign up for one of the two courses offered by esf Méribel. Accessible from the age of 10 - provided you have the Étoile d'Or in your pocket - these courses are aimed at all those with a passion for snow sports and challenges of all kinds.

As well as learning the techniques, your children will enjoy a friendly atmosphere throughout their course. Taking off, jumps on modules, rotation... Freestyle motion opens the doors to freestyle skiing.

In fact, there are two Freestyle Motion courses on offer at esf Méribel. If your children would like to discover the basics of this sport, they can take part in the Team Rider course, which is open to teenagers. The courses are reserved for beginners, so you can learn freestyle and freeride in a friendly environment.
