First and foremost, your children will obviously need
skis that are suited to their size and level of ability. To do this, we recommend that you choose skis according to the following guidelines:
- Beginners: light skis that reach the chest.
- Intermediate children: stiffer skis that reach the neck.
- Expert children: rigid skis that reach eye level.
Short skis are known to be more manoeuvrable, while
long skis are more stable. Beyond that, you also need to choose poles. These aren't necessary for the first few hours of lessons, but they can quickly become indispensable later on. Finally, don't forget to choose
ski boots that are adapted to the size of your child's feet.
