In Méribel, children and teenagers have the chance to try their hand at freestyle skiing in excellent conditions. A playground with several iconic modules awaits them, while ESF instructors are on hand to teach them the art of freestyle skiing in complete safety.

Freestyle Motion: freestyle skiing for young people!

As they learn to ski downhill, children learn all kinds of sliding techniques on the slopes of Méribel. First they discover snowploughing, then turns and skids. A teddy bear, a snowflake, a 1ʳᵉ Étoile... They then go on to win one reward after another, under the watchful eye of their parents and friends.

Once they have the Étoile d'Or, their knowledge of downhill skiing is judged to be optimal. All that remains is for them to take part in competitions or new sporting challenges.

The ESF Méribel offers the Freestyle Motion course, reserved for pupils who have already achieved the "Étoile d'or" level, which corresponds to a minimum age of 10.

Freestyle skiing for children and teenagers: a thrilling experience!

Freestyle skiing can be a superb experience for children and teenagers looking for a thrill. From balancing on rails to spinning, they'll have the chance to discover new ways of using their skis.

The Freestyle Motion course offered by ESF Méribel is actually divided into two formats: for children (aged 10 and over) and for teenagers (aged 13 and over). This allows them to learn freestyle skiing alongside other students of their own age and level. And the atmosphere is renowned for being supercharged!

If you sign your child up for this course, he or she will have the time to discover this other facet of skiing over 5 or 6 days, while having lots of fun. You'll leave with some great memories!

The ESF Méribel adapts to your children's desires!

The freestyle ski course is a great way to develop a winter sport known to everyone (downhill skiing), after years of learning. If your child is interested, you can register online in just a few clicks.

If your young athlete would like to make other discoveries, the ESF Méribel has other strings to its bow. As well as freestyle skiing, young skiers can take snowboarding lessons. Available for 5 or 6 half-days, these ESF courses will enable them to learn tricks never seen before. Ideal for the curious!

If your child or teenager is more of a champion, they can also join our Competition Camp. Slalom course, Elite course... These skiing sessions will help them to challenge the stopwatch and beat their own records, day after day. However, the Étoile d'Or is still a prerequisite for taking part in these courses.
